Shipping & Delivery

We are proud to offer shipping services from international warehouses that operate in over 200 countries worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service and we will continuously strive to satisfy all of our customer’s needs.

How do you ship packages?

Packages from warehouses in Asia will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. 

Packages from warehouses in the US are shipped through USPS.

Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes, we provide shipping worldwide to the USA & 37 Countries.  There are some countries that we are unable to ship to.  If you happen to be located in one of those countries, we will contact you.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location but the estimated time is from 7-39 days depending on the product and the warehouse it is shipping from.  Products shipped from Asia warehouses take from 12-39 days depending on the item, and products shipped from US warehouses take from 7-12 days depending on the item. This estimated time is based on the day the product ships out and doesn’t include the 2-4 day order processing time.

Do you provide tracking information?

You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information.  This may come as early as 24 hours after your order was placed, or within 2-6 days during peak processing times.  Please contact us if you haven’t received tracking info within 6 days.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
