L - 17.72 inches to 20.47 inches (bust/ chest) - Within 16.5 lbs (suitable weight)
XL - 20.47 inches to 23.62 inches (bust/ chest) - Within 22 lbs (suitable weight)
See Size Chart and take careful measurements as these costumes run small, made for small breeds.
Make sure that you size your item appropriately, allowing an extra half inch to an inch space so it won't be too snug. If your pet is in between two sizes, choose the larger size.
